Review

There’s something about the Rough Guides that makes me never want to go to the places described. Usually when I read a travel guide I’m ready to pack my bags and go before I’m half through the book. But Rough Guides are so focused on budget/adventure travel that all I can think about is the horrible discomfort, risks, and utter awfulness of the sort of travel facilitated by these guides.
