Review

It’s all about planning. This is mostly aimed at people relocating for work, but is applicable to anyone planning to emigrate. The author is a psychologist, and so focuses a good deal of attention on the cognitive and emotional aspects of a move - such as understanding up front what are the positive and negative aspects of the move, what are your goals and expectations, etc. And she talks quite a bit about the post-honeymoon culture shock period after a relocation and how to deal with it.
