Review
Readers of Agatha Christie’s Poirot novels will not be surprised to learn that Death in the Clouds is essentially a multi-person locked-room mystery in which a) motive is the key to solving the crime, and b) you will not be given enough information to actually solve the puzzle yourself until very near the end. This one works better than most, because Poirot and the police detectives investigating the case ignore a vital piece of evidence that was presented quite clearly to the reader early on in the story.
It’s a quick read, nothing special, but not a bad way to spend a couple hours on a Sunday afternoon.
